The US Heritage Attire Brown Leather Low Quarter Oxford finally provides a high-quality men's shoe for the AGSU uniform. I was tired of the Capps version, which is heavy and full of synthetics. The Heritage Oxford is light, perfectly colored, and only has enough synthetic materials to assemble the split heel for durability. This shoe makes the AGSU much more enjoyable when I don't have heavy, clunky feet. Heritage has built an Oxford with similar quality to Allen Edmonds. Thank you!
These shoes are terrific. They fit perfectly when trying them on, and after the first 10-hour day of wear - I am very pleased with the fit - my feet don't hurt, nor do they slide in the shoe. Definitely not too tight, they seem to breathe well, and I even like the shoelaces – they tie tightly and stay that way. The weight (or lack thereof) FANTASTIC! I had been wearing the typical army issued, brown shoes that weigh more than my combat boots... these are so much lighter, but the handmade quality is far superior to any military dress shoe I’ve ever owned. Also - the brown socks offered are very high quality as well, and pair well with the shoes. If you're looking for a perfect match to Army AGSU brown - these are the shoes for you. I'm not concerned about a PX stamp of AR 670 - 1 approval. - Put them side by side and you will see the shape and color are a perfect match... but the quality and fit are far superior. This CSM approves!
